Proof of order number and time stamped and there was nothing they could do because it didn’t pull up in their system. Worst experience ever. I ordered a big Mac no middle bun and fries. The sandwich came without the middle bun but it also was missing the 2nd beef patty. Fries were dry as dust. I had to get out my car to go in and ask for fresh fries. No ” I am sorry’ or even “thank you for waiting”. I was just dropped my bag and no eye contact. Never again.

The worst McDonalds in Woodbridge. They parked me from drive thru, made my order wrong, then gave me the SAME wrong order (literally the exact same food they brought out the first time) when I had to go in to get it after 20 minutes of the girl not coming back with it.
