The food today was no good. My fries smelled and tasted like urine. I’m not sure if they used the same oil and never cleaned it but it was bad. For YEARS, it has had a severe fly infestation. I don’t think they have a pest control service here but the bug problem is bad and unhealthy. Does Arlington County not inspect this place?

I just went through the drive through at 9:30 pm. Was not busy at the time, we were just returning from Hospital and tired and nothing else was open. Ordered 10 pc McNuggets Medium fry, mcchicken and small fry. Asked what kind of sauce? Ketchup please? Could you also put in extra packets for the fries please? Yes, Thank you! Get home find The medium fries in red box disappointed the child have less in box than the small bag so trade with child to appease…. No Ketchup in bag at all, and we have no ketchup in house! Arrrrgh! Not only this, but the McChicken sandwich is completely dry except for two tiny pickles. Ummmm all of this for almost $16.00!!!!! I had not been to McDonalds forever, this was a stop out of hunger and being tired after a very long day! Only to be disappointed by a non busy restaurant why did they ask us what we wanted if they had no intention of providing?
