Asked for no salt on my fries got salt on them when I brought it to the lady attention at the front counter she had an attitude saying it was no salt on the fries they remade my order by just tossing it back into the fryer. Went home gave the fries to my sisters and saw they gave me an apple pie instead of a cookie and cream pie that I ordered so I had to go back. She let me know they were out and gave me cookies to replace. I ordered another fry with No salt hopping they would get it right since I paid for another large fry and went home just to see that it had salt on it I had to give my fries to my sisters again. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and my order. 3-5 mins is not a long time to fry fries. I used to work for McDonald’s in Florida it’s not that hard to fry fresh fries.

The food was hot and the fries were crispy but this is one of those McDonald’s that you order yourself and it didn’t used to be and it’s very slow now. You’re going to be sitting there about 10 minutes, if there’s nobody in line at the kiosk.

My experience was kinda bad and I don’t want to seem like a Karen. My bun had mold on it and was completely unsafe to eat. Also another concern the team member with the glasses, she is completely rude for no reason I’m a pretty respectable person, so I refused to match her energy. Hope no one else has to deal with this.
