Mannnn! So I always get a steak egg and cheese bagel from McDonald’s so I KNOW what they should look and taste like. Now if you have every eaten one you know how greasy and drippy it can be. Which I love! I took a pic of the paper just to show how dehydrated my sandwich was. The only thing that saved it was the egg. The bagel was hard, the steak was like jerky and this was at 9AM so why is NOTHING FRESH?! This probably was made for someone else because the entire sandwich just looked like it had been sitting. The cheese on my bagel will show you that! I had someone else go inside for me so I can’t rate customer service but even the biscuit that my friend ordered was hard as a rock. The food is fine. Everything else is just horrible. The staff is unfriendly to the extreme. Almost nobody is manning the front desk. I asked for help for my online order and one of the staff just looked at me and left without saying a word. I didn’t get my drink cup when my food finally arrived, and when I asked for the cup the same staff smirked at me for whatever reason. The place is also overrun by homeless and suspicious folks, some of them are harrasing people for free food, few of them have tracking device at their ankle and obvious gunshot wounds.

This place is going downhill. Been coming here before going to work in the morning for years, but the quality of the food and service has deteriorated. Their payment systems are routinely down, the food tastes like it has been reheated in a microwave, and the eating areas are always filthy. There’s usually large numbers of homeless people sleeping inside or harassing the customers and the whole dining area smells like body odor and stale urine. I know it’s just a McDonalds and I don’t expect a fine dining experience, but this place is just too gross now.

it is sunday april 23rd. this Mcdonald’s has never been this crowded. It should never take over 45 minutes to get my food. the staff didn’t even try to be fast. it was so many sandwiches just sitting. I got my food but one sandwich wasn’t cooked yet so i told them to just forget it. I expect better service. didn’t even have workers checking on peoples orders for real. Usually the service is good.
