Was in the area morning rush hour so I stopped n got breakfast sandwich. Drive through was very long but moved surprisingly fast. Employee standing outside taking orders was friendly. Person at next 2 windows taking payment and giving you your food we’re friendly too.

This store needs to do a better job of double checking orders before handing over to the delivery driver. Today, the fries were missing, and over the past few months, they have had similar oversights. Cookies, hot mustard sauce and other items have been left out. Rather than having an AI generated response thanking me and asking me to contact them through a website, just do better, please.

I just came through this McDonald’s ordered my food and paid for it , I come up to the window and was told to park in a parking spot food wasn’t ready , I understand this happens but I was on a 15 min break and I asked how long it would take politely so I can make sure I have time if not to just get my money back for the food and just buy the drink . Employee said 2 mins when I parked I asked the guy next to me how long have you been waiting he said about 8 min ok so I waited about 8 min my break was ending in 2 min no one ever came out I had to go , when I backed up employee said 4 more min so in total I had to wait 15 min I tried calling the store to ask about my refund no answer , it’s called fast food I’ve had to park before but never for over 15 min this is ridiculous as a business you should always make sure customers are happy so they can come back . Not be lied too .

The dining inside is supposed to be open 24/7, while it’s actually closed from 3 am to 4:30 am, that is what the guy who works there has told me. I came there at 4 am from my night shift and this place was closed.

Staff was more involved with pick up and carry out orders than orders inside. Had to wait to order, then wait for the order to be put together . The soda machine did not work in lobby ,so had to wait for the staff to fill drinks. I’m not very impressed with service.

Our first time here. We ordered through the drive-through. I had an egg mcmuffin, hasbrown, and small orange juice. My food was hot. My mcmuffin was slapped together, I HATE when they throw your sandwich together, but it was good. My hashbrown was good. The orange juice was a good as instant can be.

The suspicious individual did not have food nor was purchasing!
