I guess this place is Mexican own and they don’t know what they’re doing at all. They got orders wrong and didn’t care that they did. I was up there waiting for a min and then when a Mexican people came up she stop what she was doing pass by me and went straight to them, very poor service and customer service. The place wasn’t cleaned either the manager was in the lobby busy talking to someone and the lady she was talking to the kids was bad and wasting stuff and the floor oh the floor was very sticky and they didn’t even believe in cleaning mopping or sweeping at all. They need an expection because of the front looks nasty like that I know the back got to be worse!

The shake machine was broken but they didn’t post it anywhere. When we asked for our money back for the shake they said they didn’t know how but would give us a fountain drink, which was no where close to the price. They then offered us a smoothie, which was good. The burgers were disappointing, the fries were actually dark brown and tasted burnt, we had to get those replace as well. Overall disappointing.

I ordered fries at 11 AM. That’s when lunch starts. They were not fresh they were cold and old. There’s no excuse for that. I ordered a big Mac with no pickles of course I got pickles. I try not to judge a place by first time experience, but I have been here 3 times and have been dissatisfied always with something.

Ended up in the drive through here a few times during a several day trip in the area. They may be dealing with some labor shortages that are so common these days because the drive through was certainly not the fastest I’ve been in. That being said, it was far from the slowest service… and food was always fresh and the fries piping hot.

Drinks horrible!! Ordered 2 sweet teas and they barely had any sugar in the tea, so I went inside and they made me 2 more sweet teas – gross!! So I dumped them and replaced with Coke… coke had more water than actual soda, so I gave up. I’ll be going to BK thank you very much!

Came in around 7 pm. Not sure if the store was even open. All the lights were turned off even for the drive thru. Came around and placed a order. Got to the window and the manager was being so rude , I asked her for one sauce , a ranch and she grabs a ranch and throws it in the bag. Then shoved the bag into my hand. Then slammed the window shut. Now it made sense why she had the lights turned off. So people will think the store is closed and not come trough her line. Why go to work if you do not feel like doing your job.

If they get your order wrong, they make you go around again. Lol got our order wrong twice and drove around twice. Had to pay extra for the right stuff because they refused to fix what was wrong. Never had this problem before anywhere. Wish I had seen all the bad reviews before we chose this location. Plenty of others in the area
