I ate here 6/19/2023 and the service was very great. However it was extreme humid and hot on the inside. I asked one of the managers about the AC and she said it wasn’t broke and she could not do anything about it because the supervisor is the only one who has access to it. She informed that everyone in the back was also extremely hot. I’m extremely disappointed that as a McDonald franchise you all treat your employees like this. It is SUMMER time. They should not be working in this heat like some slaves. Shame on you

Rappahannock Cleaning Services
The only thing positive about this McDonalds location was the cashier at the drive thru. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Meal…Bun was hard as a rock, lettuce looked wilted and old, and They forgot my fries. So, despite the fact I just spent 10 minutes in line for the drive thru, I then had to go back in the restaurant to get my fries . I then stood there for 3-4 minutes before anyone made eye contact with me . Lots of people working but lack of customer service is ultra frustrating . Employee watching orders come thru on tv screen spent the entire 3-4 minutes I stood there , with her back to me, on her phone . We live in Warsaw and won’t be returning unfortunately.

It was so hot in there the employee was sweating. I had to leave, my grandma has breathing problems and it’s entirely too hot to be dinning on inside. I’m pretty sure it’s a health code violation having it that hot in there on your employees in the summer time heat. But I guess this is normal mistreatment to your crew being how much money they make and all the work they do for chump change and no AC. I’ll be writing the board as well.
