So I always go to this McDonald’s because it’s close to my house but recently I’ve stopped going. The owners want to charge for sauces and sweet tea refills. The food is almost always good and correct, but the service and state of the business is awful.

Ok I have worked on and off for the McDonald’s company since I was 16 yrs old and I recently went back and I will have to say I have 2 favorite locations and this is definitely one of them and I work at several locations when I first started here I didn’t like it at all cause through my experiences working in the fast food industry there was a lot wrong from management quality of the food employees not following proper procedures to broken machines I really didn’t know how much longer I could take it and until the new owners took over and even then the roomers were bad well one day when the new GM started was the day I finally couldn’t take it no more …it’s hard to keep a smile on ur face for customers when ur so angry about a job that u like and really care about…with that being said I was getting coffee for a customer in drive through one morning after I just started my shift and from the time I walked in to the time I started all I heard was these rumors about her and comments anything positive all negative anyway she walked up and says good morning to everyone introducing herself and then it was my turn she came and said how are u this morning and I said not good she said what’s wrong and from that point on she has become one of the biggest influences in my life I have learned so much from her and she still teaches me and guides me every day even though I don’t see her everyday she still teaches me something new she cares about everything and everyone that she encounters she is fair with all that she has to do as far as her job she still takes a few minutes out of her busy life to make sure that I’m ok that I have everything I need and the instructions and information to run my shift and to take a few min to see how I’m doing and with her guedience and her caring so much has made me a better stronger person not to mention she made me love my job again from that and all the changes being made and things getting fixed they have done alot just in the last 6 months to turn things around and bring up the quality of the food the proper procedures and training being put back into place and and cleaning things up and that’s just the start of it ….a few more things to work out and we will be able to be at 5 stars they really show they care about their customers and their employees cause they have shown that there’s nothing we can’t do as long as we communicate and work together as a team to fix problems and issues to achieve and accomplish our goals ..with also teaching us to be better versions of ourselves everyday ..so with that being said with my experiences and knowledge that i have had in the last 6 months with this new management im excited to see where it takes us in the future so my personal opinion is that this is a great company to work for and visit if ur tummy is growling a lil lol

This McDonalds historically has awful food. It always tastes bad, cold or old. It does not ever have the quality of other McDonalds locations. Today’s service was right at the start of lunch. The food that we got was terrible- disgusting, cold, over salted fries that are brown. The nuggets which should have been fresh since it was the beginning of lunch were soggy and lukewarm to temp. I hate going to this location. I would drive out of my way to go somewhere else if I needed to get food. This is the closest fast food option to my house and it’s terrible. It has new management but everything remained the same quality as before. Every time we go here, we are sorely disappointed. We will no longer go there. It’s not open all hours, the food is consistently terrible quality. There are no redeeming qualities. A waste of money. I would give no stars if I could.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve picked up an order for. I waited 30 minutes for 3 meals inside the building. While I waited inside, the staff only took care of the drive thru first, and left the inside customers to wait even though some of us were there a long, and had ordered first. They processed every drive thru and inside order before my order, even though I arrived first. Part of my food was ready and was just sitting on the counter, in the bag for delivery. Which makes me think that none of the staff have gone through SERV SAFE training to know you cannot let food site at room temperature for long. The sodas sat for 30 minutes before the rest of the order was done. The girl inside was rude, and had the worst customer service I have every experienced. She made excuses for why my order could not be made, while laughing with the other staff members at my expense. Do not, I repeat, do not order from this place. They will leave your food to sit while they only focus on drive thru. I asked the girl why I couldn’t get my food, and I was told that the OWNER, wants drive thru done first. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes or more to get 3 meals from McDonalds. Just stay away from this place.
