The manager, Rock, handled the mobile order mishap I had this afternoon. I expressed I was weary of placing my order again as my card had already been charged. So I’ve been going to this location for years now as it’s close to my house and job, I’ve seen it progressively go downhill. MOST of the employees are rude or don’t care. There is one manager who is always super nice to everyone and does his job perfectly. The food is always hot and correct so no complaints to the cooks. It really is a hit or miss for service but the food is always good.
