I got a big breakfast with hotcakes and I ordered through the mobile app. I wasn’t upset about how they messed it up. Because the Manager said he would replace it. More like when I got there I got disrespected by a Hispanic guy working there telling me he didn’t get it wrong. And that I was wrong. And ordered steak and next time to order the right thing. I showed him my order on the app then his mood got even worse like he couldn’t accept the fact that he was wrong.

I was a little disappointed with this restaurant. First we had a special buger so naturally we had to wait out of line however, after waiting 5 mins the fries were half cooked and old.. probably won’t go back to this location. It was also very hard to understand drive through attendant who was another nationality. It’s not a bad thing, but it slows service if communication is not clear and understood.

Just went to fix an order that our friend went to pick up for us. It was messed up not once but twice now. Went through the drive through and the young man at the window complained that he never “saw us come through the drive through”. We offered to show receipts and confirmation but he ignored us. When I was explaining what happened he did not show any concern and continued to ignore me with his air pods in. Once given the correct order we kindly said “thank you” but received the silent treatment. Terrible customer service! I have also heard that this young man has also done this to other customers! Absolutely outrageous!

My husband and I would go to this McDonalds location using drive thru. Every time I get my order my sandwiches always look like they just threw on the condiments on it like there’re serving an animal. Well today, I got my order and just have had it with this location. Managers Please teach the employees there to serve and do their job a lot better. You’re serving human beings and not animals! I have posted a picture of how I got my fish filet and it’s just disgusting that customers have to put up with this kind of service! Poor service in my opinion!
