The two staff we interacted with (an older white lady and a young black man) were so kind and lovely to us. They went out of their way to be nice to us and gave us a few extra fries in a cup for our dogs! Such a nice thing to do and brought a smile to our faces. McD is known for being very transactional and impersonal but these guys were the opposite!

The cheeseburger and fries we got felt and tasted like they had been sitting. Burger was dry, not hot. Fries were not crisp. Not world famous. The only item we finished was the Coke. Very disappointed in the quality of the food.

The lobby is open, so I went inside to order. No one was in line and halfway through my order, they switched people. Person 1 apparently entered nothing. Person 2 asked what I wanted. I asked if anything was already entered and she said, “I don’t know. I just got here!” I reordered and waited a very long time for no apparent reason. Every single worker there seemed as though they are passed at life and hate their job. It was so toxic, I went and ate in my car. I got a chicken sandwich meal and a milkshake. The sandwich and fries were hot, but the sandwich was just thrown into the box with the toppings mostly off with much of it in the box- see the pictures. I regret spending my money here! It was definitely not worth over $12.

Generally rude and dismissive from the staff to the managers. Pretty disappointing really. Will not be returning. I had a Quarter Pounder that was raw so I asked for a replacement. The order taker mentioned that it was almost halfway eaten, but of course it was, because how else would I get to the raw bloody center. And then what is my choice at that point? Do I continue eating your miscooked meal?

We came to the restaurant because my kids like the screens/games, but the staff is not pleasant. They are disrespectful. They refuse to give you cups and water. They treat you like dirt, but hey, maybe I forgot that I was the PAYING customer and that they were just slumming it here working at McDonald’s with their doctorates. Silly me. The disrespect is unacceptable, staff members saying rude things to you is completely unacceptable. I have no qualms about saying I’d rather not eat McDonald’s than eat McDonald’s here. Go to the McD’s about 5 minutes away in Short Pump. They are much better staffed and have a new, clean play place to boot.
