It was so bad that people were getting their money’s back. The manager and the employees was so disrespectful. They were yelling and playing. When I asked for my food the manager had a attitude. The kiosk was out of paper we didn’t get a number. I waited for 20 minutes for a Happy Meal, sweet tea, and a cup of coffee. Very very slow, only saw one person filling orders and she seemed frustrated and not too polite. Everyone who ordered in front of us was missing one or two things from their order, including us. Kiosks didn’t give order numbers or receipts, causing confusion. Place was packed with people waIting for food, we waited about 20 minutes for our order. At least the food was good and hot.

These folks need to work on being polite. Very unwelcoming. Greeting someone is a basic level of customer service, and I have to initiate a hello at the drive thru windows everytime. They just open the window and stare at you like you don’t belong, it gives weird, and rude to be frank, the food is only slightly better than their attitude.
