The restaurant was clean and tidy with a helpful staff. Our order was prepared quickly and contained everything exactly how we requested it through the McDonald’s app. The parking lot was a little tight for our larger vehicles, so we parked in the adjacent strip mall’s lot.

This McDonald’s needs a visit from corporate. The staff here needs re-training! Every time I visit this location there is an issue. This time, we went into the lobby to order and never got acknowledged forcing us to order off the touch screen. I am assuming since the drive thru was wrapped around the building the employees thought it was ok to ignore the in person customers. We waited 30 mins for our order and this is considered fast food?This is unacceptable. Also our order was made wrong as a result of using the touch screen. Yes we ordered wrong but when trying to get it corrected was told she was just reading what was ordered. No customer service what so ever. We visited on Sunday, April 23rd at 230 pm. I guess I will have to stick to getting my McDonald’s from the courthouse one on Princess Anne road where it is always quick, friendly service.

This place has changed for the worst there rude unpleasant to deal with the service is just horrible that’s if you get service. What happened?? I ordered got to the pay window the person just standing there 5 mins later still not acknowledging I’m there . So I go to the next window because the cars behind me are honking .nobody is at that window . This isn’t the first time this week it’s happened. In the evening the only use one window and the front register till and have no sign at the pay window to inform you there working out of one window and they don’t even tell you after your order. I will gladly drive to the south battlefield one ! This one needs an entire refresh of everything

It’s very tense being black walking into this establishment. As the front never seem like they want to service me and my friend and its always an issue with the food. This time my muffin is over-burnt on the outside and the middle of it is saugy. *horrible* Gives old skool vibes for sure

My order was about $15 for 3 items. I went to pay for my order and my card was taken without any confirmation of my order or the price and not a word was said to me. Then, the employee tried to hand me two drinks that i didn’t order. I let him know it was the wrong order and i had to tell him my entire order again. I double checked with him and asked “I wasn’t charged for someone else’s order, was I?” He replied that no, I hadn’t paid something different. I finally got my food, I wasn’t given fries that came with the bundle, and when i was checking my bank account, I saw my $15 order was $20. Yes, it’s just $5, but that’s too much for not even getting my full order.

One of the worst services McDonald’s ever. Can’t get the order right at the menu. We had to fix it 4 times. Slowest ever. We live close to this one and will pass it to go to Great Bridge because it is quicker unless we have 30 minutes to spare. Ice cream machine is broke.

This McDonald’s is EXTREMELY busy they are understaffed and move extremely slow and have an attitude when you ask them a question. The fountain drinks where watery their fries were undercooked. And when I went inside the manager apologized for her attitude then went on to say they were understaffed and it was the younger ones who dont like to come in and work.
