Everytime I come my fries are not hot even when waiting long. Also the cashier in the drive through has a bad attitude. The managers are not bad but the workers be eating and drinking and even be touching there phones. My food is always something wrong unless corporate is there, then they do what they are suppose to.

Lady I’m front of me sat in the drive through for 5 mins and got no service and then left. I pulled up waited 5 mins then started to honk my horn yet still no service. As I leave I see a worker handing food out to a customer and see there clearly ignoring everyone else. If short staff at least mention something. This happened august 10th around 615pm

I understand it’s tough working in a fast food restaurant but I don’t ever have these problems with the other places in the area. If I could leave zero stars I would. Showed up at 1054 (6 minutes before closing) and waited at the drive-thru, unanswered for 5 minutes. Drove to the window to be told “they’re closed”, when I said I’d been waiting at the window. The response, “I didn’t have my head-set on, what do you want?”. #1 with Dr. Pepper please! Paid. Pulled forward. Handed bag and drink…opened bag at home…NO FRIES. Zero fux given from this McD’s team.

Literally the worst McDonalds ever. Lived here for over 2 years and not once have they given good service. They’re always slow, employees are rude and lazy. Food is always nasty, nuggets are over done and fries come cold. It never fails. Never go here it’s literally never worth it.
