As we walked in, no one was at the register, which isn’t a big deal. We waited for several minutes as employees walked past twice and did not acknowledge us. My fiancé is battling cancer and wanted McDonald’s, so that’s what we were determined to get. We were forced to order at the self order screen. We took a number and tried to find a clean table to eat at. Most of the tables were dirty. The table we sat at had been wiped with a greasy cloth (or that’s what it looked like anyway, see pictures attached.) As with most fast food places, lots of beeps and alarms kept going off, which is understandable, but still seemed to be happening much more often than normal. Our food wasn’t terrible, but wasn’t that good. The nuggets my fiancé ordered looked old and weren’t as good as what we have had in the past. I ordered a Big Mac meal. My burger and fries were good. I walked back up to ask for a refill of Coke. The employee asked what I was drinking, I told her “Coke” and waited. She got another drink for me and sat it on the counter. I told her “thank you” to which she ignored me, turned her back to me and walked away. At that point, I just walked back to my table and left. If you like McDonald’s and want good customer service, don’t go here. If you want a clean dine in area, don’t go here. If you are looking for something at the drive through, hopefully this establishment treats drive thru customers better than the dine in customers. Personally, I will not be going back.

I Go here from time to time. I love that you can get a bag of ice in drive thru. That’s a real thing, you can actually buy a bag of ice at McDonald’s. Probably all the time but I mostly do it during the summer months. Also, if you are out and about on a hot day and you don’t have any money go through drive thru tell them you just want a cup of ice water. I’ve never paid for a cup of ice or a cup of ice water at this mcdonalds. Please understand I’m not saying you can just get free stuff at any McDonald’s. it may depend alot on the location/state. It’s just that the people here are really nice.

Mobile order…didn’t tell me they were out of bagged ice until I was in drive thru. Then I called and manager didn’t want to give me her name after I told her I was already charged for the ice. Then on top of that, after the manager (Laura I found out) tells me that it should cancel on my card, and the money be returned, she hung up on me.

Food was good, service was good, but the restaurant itself was not very inviting due to the frigid temperature inside of the store! When it’s already in the 40°s and raining, the last thing you want to do is sit inside of the restaurant with the cold AC blowing.
