This McDonald’s was not clean at all. One star lost for the cleanliness. The staff here was very friendly though and the food came up quick. My burger tasted great however my 6 piece chicken nuggets was mediocre. Another star lost. If the place had been clean and the nuggets good it would have been 5 stars.

I ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffins and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. When I opened up the bagel it was burnt. I took the worst side off and ate the other. McMuffins were hard. Hash brown was hard and taste like nothing but grease. I will not be eating here anymore.

inside the pilot gas station, It was cold outside, The food was good and hot. Facility cleaning nicely decorated. The service was a little slow, access to the Pilot gas station was closed and caution taped off so we had to go back outside in the cold to get into the pilot gas station to use a restroom

I sat I drive through line for 10 minutes only to be told to pull around and someone will bring my food out. 15 minutes later I got my food. Cold at that. McDonalds sucks no matter where you go.

I guess they have different way of understanding table order. When we order through app and it would say they will bring the order to you. That’s why we enter table number. But they don’t bring it to the table, instead they call out the table number and we have to go up to the counter and pick it up…

Stopped in this location to get three breakfast burritos and a hash brown. The manager on duty Mitchell pulled the cashier from front counter to start handing out orders. Mind you it took me almost 10 minutes to get three breakfast burritos and then when the cashier handled my hash browns without washing his hands or gloves I requested that somebody get me a hash brown that’s washed their hands after handling money. The manager Mitchell proceeded to inform me that they don’t have to wash their hands quote unquote I asked really because I used to be a McDonald’s manager in regardless of what state health laws are McDonald’s policy is if you’ve handled your money touched your face any other part of your body or gone to the bathroom you wash your hands before handling a customer’s food. I told him he could keep the hash brown which he did not offer to refund me for. And honestly if they don’t have to wash their hands in the store I assume with that statement that they don’t have to wash their hands after doing anything so the three breakfast burritos have also been thrown in the trash thank you for a wonderful experience McDonald’s. I recommend nobody else eat here unless you plan on getting sick God knows I don’t want to eat food after somebody’s been scratching their private parts or handling money from somebody that’s been scratching their private parts or handling money from somebody that’s done drugs through a dollar bill or whatever else the case may be you do not handle food after handling money. The food was good, but the place was a mess. There was an off the clock employee standing and joking around with the workers across the counter. She blocked access to the order pickup area. Service was extremely slow, as they were all joking and talking about school.

When are these McDonald’s going to get a clue? Paying people to constantly get orders wrong, put someone else’s order in your bag, and not knowing what their particular restaurant sells. Training is key for a successful business and these people at the McDonald’s in Love’s at exit 213 on I 81 is not a success

I ordered three items off the breakfast menu through drive thru, a number 3, a number 4 no egg, and a one sausage burrito. What I got was a bacon egg McGriddle with no egg, a plain sausage biscuit, and a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin, the short fat lady at the window didn’t give me a receipt and rushed us through the drive thru. The only thing right about the order was the drinks.
