We’re city folk on a trip into the mountains, and got here late at night. Sweet tea was the best I’ve ever had! Truly southern sweet tea. Woman on drive through was so kind, she gave us extra sauce and made sure to make us feel at home. Such a kind and warm experience. We will stop by again if we pass through again!

I asked for 2 cheeseburgers with extra onions….literally looks like they just wiped them off bc we asked for extra. Each wrapper specifically had a label that said “extra onions” i know these people are not that dumb. So what does that leave? Not even the word lazy fits here. They are people that don’t deserve a job. My husband went back in with them. The kitchen is out of view. I wonder if my new food will be safe to eat now.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order. No one eventually came so we went to the kiosk thing to place a order. It lagged and was a God awful experience on a computerized machine. Then when we finally were able to complete out order. Did not get a receipt or a order number. Took about another 15 mins before I seen a McDonald’s employee. So we went to ask her a simple polite question about our order number and a older lady shhhhed us then told us that she doesn’t have time for our concerns. Then walked away and rushed on a customer’s order that placed a order well after we did. ( sounded like it was her family) then she calls our order number and looked at us like we were retarded or something like we knew what it was or something .. we finally asked her what was in the bag and she described the contents of our food and threw the bag at us with empty cups. Then we take the food back to our cars and continue our trip to west Virginia and then opened our bag and we ordered a mccrisp large combo and the number 8, 2 cheeseburgers no pickle, large. As we get our food. The fries were not even half full on both orders, the cheeseburgers were old, dry, caked with ketchup, and leathery. The chicken sandwich had a tiny little piece of chicken on the sandwich. Like a chicken strip on a bun. Burnt stringy. The worst experience I have ever had in a Mcdonald on the whole east coast. Will be calling corporate.

Overall the joint was clean. The staff was understaffed no fault of theirs. It made for slow service due to the high volume of custOmers. Hygiene was a concern in terms of watching food being handled directly after money ,cell phones and touching ones face or putting hands in pockets without washing and gloving in-between. I will say this was none of the managerial staff on duty. Again good food decent service clean clean restaurant just tighten up on the food handling(cross contamination).

During a business trip, I used the mobile app to place an order for pick up. Do yourself a favor, check the mobile app for deals before you order. This McDonald’s is connected with Love’s travel stop, quick access right off of the interstate. Good fast food. I always pick up a Caramel Frappe and a breakfast sandwich.

Nothing on any wrapper about it being 100% USDA beef anymore. Or even 100% beef. What are we eating? 85% of the beef sold in the US is foreign so it probably isn’t. Can’t wait for the lab grown meat. Mmmm. Lovin it.

Easily the most incompetent group of women around. I’m sitting with 7 other vehicles in the curbside pickup out of 7 parking spots. How does two breakfast sandwiches and two hash browns warrant us to sit in curbside till they get their acts together? Why do 6 other orders cause them to send us all to wait in curbside? Can we get better management here?

They have a lot of humans hairs in the food ! See the pictures. This is the second time I saw this! I also ordered egg muffins with no meat at all this morning and they put sausages on my food. When I returned they gave me one with a lot of hair as you can see! The management must have a look at this.
