Absolutely terrible I highly recommend you don’t go to this location. Everything about it is terrible and the sandwich looked like it was put together inside out it was weird like the tomatoes were on top of the bun and the sauce was in the side of the box and the lettuce was around the box like an Easter basket. I’m sure it had something to do with me being white bc of all the glares I got through the window. All and all this location is trash, avoid at all cost so they lose money and clean up there act.

I haven’t been to this location in years due to poor customer service and the cleanliness of the facility. I went tdy because I was in a hurry. Yet again horrible customer service! Super simple cheeseburger and fries and then waited 15mins for it… when I got to my destination (work) it was the wrong order. And everything was cold. What were we waiting for… I couldn’t have waited at work for the food to get cold! I rarely if ever eat fast food but I can guarantee when I do I will never be back to this location. Im not asking for Michelin Star quality or courtesy from the csr but dang a hot cheeseburger in a timely manner would be nice.

They got my entire order wrong. They have never once gotten my order right. If you say don’t add something they will be sure to give you extra. At this point my burger which is listed on the receipt as no pickle or onions is loaded with extra pickles and onions. The drink which has light ice is filled to the top with ice. Avoid the Ballou Park location if you have a choice.
