Ordered at the kiosk, took #11, was told to have a seat and someone would bring us our food. A while later and nothing, not busy in the store so I went up to the counter and there was a bag sitting there. I waved down one of the three or so kids hooting and hollering behind the counter and asked them if the bag was mine, guess what, it was. No idea how long it was there, no one brought it to me, not even a loud “order 11 is ready” – nothing. What’s the point of taking a number if you aren’t going to use them. On top of that the cheeseburger was a hockey puck.

Waited for curbside pickup for 20 minutes. Had to go inside and order wasn’t even fixed. Finally got the food and everything except fries were cold. Disappointing trends going into “fast food”.

Ice cream cones for the kids. Ice cream didn’t even cover the top of the cone. I asked the lady if they could be a little bigger, and she said “no, it should actually be smaller.” One star is generous.

Went through tonight I order $30 worth of food. Two milk shakes, one was strawberry, the other was chocolate, this is what both of the milkshakes looked like when the lady hand them to us , in drive through. Also she had a nasty attitude, an when we Motion for her to come back to window she turn her head. She then came to window, an I was like I order strawberry , chocolate milkshake she roll her eyes an said those are it it’s just light. And now my kids are sick. Thanks McDonald’s!!!! I’ve been here numerous times never had this bad of experience!!!! As I pull into a parking spot to hand my 4 kids their meals the guy came running at 6:50pm to lock both doors. Wasn’t planning on going in .

The double drive through at this location is broken. Whenever I’ve been here with lines at both drive-through lanes one gets ignored while the other takes all the orders. Frustrating if you’re in the wrong lane.

Alway have certain issues when I go to this location . From cold soggy fries at lunch peak time and poor service. Missing or broken buns on my food and shake machine is down.
