Employees were nice, area was clean. But the food was awful, it has been for along time at the Madison and Southridge restaurants. Fries are always cold, now the burgers are cold and dry. Sometimes I get mine missing dressings or a bun. You have to go back and ask for condiments.

Well, it’s McDonald’s. I came in with a group of 9, which can be overwhelming. We had to wait longer than what seemed usual for our food but the manager apologized and explained she was short -staffed that night. The food was as good as ever and the place seemed clean.

The employees have the worst attitudes of Any RESTAURANT IN THIS AREA! The food is sloped together! And i ordered a chocolate shake , and I got a vanilla shake! Had them remake it and got a vanilla shake with 2 little lines of chocolate in the center. I’ve been a loyal McDonald’s customer for 45 years, but I’m done with them now!
