Ordered at 11:00 and waited 20 min while others received their orders even though they were placed after. After waiting 15 min we asked about the status. And we were ignored. Finally received it after we were sitting down and told we were getting angry (while on our phones just waiting). No napkins were provided after asking. Also everything somehow everything tasted old and stale. Just generally bad customer service with rudeness.

They are always slow. I work down the street from this McDonald’s and today I ordered thru my mobile for curbside. After waiting in my car for over 10 minutes I had to go in because I was on lunch break. Told me that I didn’t push the number on my phone for the curbside! Showed the manager my phone where clearly it showed that I was waiting on my order in spot 3 should be ready in ² to ³ mins! Always a terrible experience!

06/23. U need a side salad cause ur fr.fries are the worst! Flaccid, cold & soggy w/grease, and still taste frozen. How old are they? Worst mcD fries out there and ketchup can’t fix! I left them in front of hungry dogs and they wouldn’t touch them! The few times I’ve given this mcd another try, the fries are always the same, inedible… actually they are disgusting! When your fries are consistently that bad it means management doesn’t care.

Completely messed up my order. Ordered two regular cokes, got one diet and one regular. The girl at the food window fixed that. Ordered a quarter ponder without onions, they took the cheese off and left the onions on. Ticket on box said no onions.
