Bad food, good service. Got hooked for the new Spicy Crispy Chicken because of the delicious looking ads. Staff was kind and quick. The sandwich, however, was dried out, with a tiny bit of sauce and two measly pickles. I had to put ranch on it to make it moist. I am very disappointed. I don’t fast food too often, so when I do I want the grease and calories to be worth it! They were not this time.

Mobile ordered and waited 30 mins for curbside pickup. When still no one came with our food, we went through the drive thru to see where it was. They had the food ready immediately but messed up the order. Really the longest McDonald’s trip of my life.

Curb side 6 at 6:21pm. I activated curbside order at 6:21pm at 6:47p I went in to pick up my order. It was cold of course. There were 5 workers moving the drive thru quickly. One man sat in the pickup window for over 10 minutes. Nobody would help me, so I announced it had been 30 min, can I get my order? The girl told me that I didn’t activate when I arrived, even though the app and the order sitting in the hotlight area was timed 25 minutes earlier.

Went through drive thru, 1 car in front of us. Had to pull over to the side to wait on food (3 Mcchickens and a mcdouble). Food was cold and and had to spit out the first bite as it was pure fat or something idk. Waste of money and time.

As long as you don’t mind a “dealer’s choice,” I guess this place works. Expect to get half of your order, with something broken and unavailable and something else wrong. They could probably fix a lot of this if they would use the order preview screens like other McDonald’s, but they often don’t.
