Today I had the worst experience. There is not one friendly person i encountered through the drive-through. The one that took the money tried and the one that gave me the food didn’t even look at me. Didn’t greet me or say thank you as a matter of fact had no interaction at all. Just shut the window. Who ever runs that location should be fired for not training their staff better or at least they should get better training on how to train their staff. Very sad!!!!!!!

I went into the drive thru but was never given a total. When I received my bag, I was given the the wrong sandwich (spicy chicken instead of the deluxe ) When I pulled over and they gave my sandwich the fries were missing. When I got home the sandwich was STILL the spicy chicken but it looked like the sauce was just WIPED OFF!!!

I will only go to this McDonald’s from now on. The others charge crazy prices while this one seems to be the only one that is reasonable. Guilford College McDonalds over charges for the same exact meal. I was using the app to order and my total was $19 dollars at Guilford College so I decided to switch to this McDonalds on Inman Rd. and the price difference was huge. The total came out to be about $12.86.
