Asked if someone could take order because staff standing around. No acknowledgment even like “be tight with you”. Staff member walked past and said she was in break( totally understand that), but said “ we are out of luck right now”. A little customer service is not that hard to train.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in at 1:10pm on 11/14/21. Place my order at the self order station. My receipt said 1:13pm I spent $24.00 two fries, two drinks, order of nuggets and two sandwiches. Bt the time I got my order it was 1:35pm. So 21 minutes to get my order. When the girl gave me my order it was jammed into one bag. I told her just one bag for all that food she tossed another bag on the counter. I had to ask for the cups for my drinks at that time. I then asked for the manager to complain. The manager came over I tried to explain about how the order was bagged she had attitude I then said there was not reason to bag that much food in a smaller bag. She said they were busy. I explained for years I had worked at McDonald’s in Myrtle Beach and normally I could run a store with five to six employee which is less then she had she told me they were shirt of help and if I wanted to I could come back and work there. Very poor management customer service skills. I took the food home to my family so we could eat lunch. The double quarter cheeseburger deluxe had no lettuce or tomatoes on it or the extra cheese. Had to back to the restaurant by the time I got the food the time was 2:03pm. They never apologized or offered to replace my fries all they did was remake the sandwich. So by the time I was able to eat my fries were ice cold, the other sandwich was cold, the nuggets ice cold. So that being said the Management at this store needs to be retrained or something cause they did not seem to running their shift but letting the shift rum them. The customer service was horrible. When I was running restaurant I would have at least offered to remake the sandwich given new fries so my customer could have hot food. Then offered a pie or ice cream as a way to make it up to the customer. I have called the local office number and asked for them to call me back I would be surprised if I hear a thing from them.

Most of the time the service is great. Well, as long as you don’t need to speak to anyone who speaks English. If you need to alter something, things could become very inconvenient. Also, during peak hours, your food may be presented like the pictures on the menus, but it is likely it will not. I had to eat my double quarter pounder with a fork and nice, because my sandwich was thrown together… 🙁

Horrible because the manager was incredibly rude and had a horrible attitude. When we walked in there was a partially melted sundae sitting on top of the ice cream machine. When we ordered a sundae, she proceeded to give us said sundae. And of course we didn’t want that because of all the sickness going around. When we asked for a fresh one, she sighed and snatched it out of our hands. We asked for chocolate at the bottom for the perfect chocolate sunday and she said that would be a price up charge. She charged us $0.15 for water. Overall horrible attitude, and proceeded to have a horrible attitude. Started playing loud music (very unprofessional!) And slammed a rack while cleaning. But at a later time had a kind attitude while getting coffee.

It seems like they don’t know how to take orders when you’re actually inside anymore. They ask what kind of drink I wanted and I said uh medium? Totally confused the kid. It’s a fountain drink that I get myself. Also had to repeat my order of a number 7 and a number 10 3 times. Lol. I will say that after I ordered, the food came out quickly. Actually, before a young lady who had submitted her order on the smart screen, well before me. She looked a little annoyed. I get that the pandemic shifted the service model but now that things have more or less returned to normal they might want to work on training these kids on serving regular “inside the restaurant” customers. The food was standard quality.

Burnt fries that had visible black tips in a kids meal. Horrible customer service! I was told they were fine and it’s the oil. I then asked for the manager and she tried to then say they were fresh and fine to eat.
