Honestly the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! You walk in and your greeted and they make sure you don’t need anything else. Service was just great!! There was a young man working the front I believe his name tag said Guissmon (most likely misspelled it), bless his soul, just wonderful!! He was working so hard, in and out taking the orders and still stops and ask if we were okay or needed anything else! The older gentleman at front as well! Awesome!! They actually show they care! I believe his name tag said Ralf of Rolf. And another gentleman with long dreads (didn’t see his name) awesome as well!!! I’m just overly impressed, never have I been to a McDonald’s or any other fast food restaurant with such great workers and service! Thank you gentleman’s for the great experience!! I live about 30 mins from this McDonald’s and I wouldn’t mind one bit driving back to this location just for the service!

Normally I don’t do this but your staff was very unimpressive. The guy who was running your drive through needed to have my order repeated several times. He was completely distracted and just fell silent after I was done ordering. When I pulled up to the window I saw him all over his phone doing the exact same thing to the next customer. Everyone I saw was on their phones other than the manager. You also botched up my very basic order. Thanks for all you do!

DISGUSTING. The food is so disgusting. Ordered a quarter pounder after waiting for 30 minutes in a drive thru that wasn’t even busy. The burger wasn’t even prepared correctly and it was hard as jerky. Should have turned around and thrown it back through the drive thru window. Wouldn’t feed my dog this disgusting burger.

If you order via the mobile app for drive through they make you wait a ridiculous amount of time. If you order for curb delivery they make you wait a long time. Today I waited over 10 mins for my food. There was a big truck who was waiting for over 15 mins! Still way better than the mcdonalds on s Main. Moral of the story, screw the app and the points and just order from the teller. 5x out of 10 they will get the order right

Definitely the worst McDonald’s in the state. Long wait times and if your order over two items there is an 80% chance that your order will be incorrect. Sometimes I think they give you what they think you should have not what you ordered. Great location but the service is worse than awful. I don’t think there are many adults working onsite. I keep telling myself that it’s going to be the last time I come here but it’s so convenient that I go hoping to just get what I order without waiting 20-30 minutes. It’s rare that happens. Avoid this place if you can. There’s a better run McDonalds less than 5 miles from this location.

Just left there. The girl was shouting at the boy that was dealing with my order to go wash his hands. Last thing I wanna hear when dealing with my food.
