I placed an order via the app on 6/2 at around 12:15am. The app states the location is open 24hrs and Google also lists the location as open 24hrs on that day of the week. The app allowed me to place my order and sent me a confirmation email that store received my order. When I arrived minutes later, no one was tending the drive-thru speaker so I drove up to the window. As I arrived at the window they told me they were closed (without opening the window to speak directly to me). I had informed them I had placed and paid for my order on the app. The manager instructed her employee NOT TO MAKE MY ORDER. This location is completely trash and the late night manager was completely unprofessional. If she doesn’t want to do her job and she also instructs her employees not to do their jobs – then why is McDonald’s keeping her employed? This location is losing out on sales because of their own employees. It would be nice if this location’s owner paid attention to these reviews so they could improve their team and better serve their customers. Clearly they’re not interested in improving. Take your business elsewhere.

Speaker was broken so the manager came out and told us to go to the “front window“ so me and the guy in front of me went to the further away window. I guess he was told the same thing as me, but I was told to get back in line because they couldn’t take my payment at the second window… Which makes zero sense because they easily could’ve taken my credit card and walked to where the first window was and ran my card… But instead they wanted me to go wait in line for another 10 minutes after already waiting 10 minutes because their systems were messed up and they couldn’t figure it out. Lol.

I sent my boyfriend to McDonald’s at 10pm because I haven’t eaten anything all day and was aware that you can do mobile pick-up if you don’t have a car and are walking the dog so he had a few problems with the app and tried to see if he could just order at window since drive through was still open and I don’t know what kind of person would put a human being through this all because they walked? After being told no he tried the mobile app one more time and paid for it and was still refused by the woman in drive through and told to leave after he already paid for his food and she even had the audacity to say that if he would have done that first he would have gotten his food. I don’t know what type of person it takes to deny someone food because they were walking a dog and did mobile pick-up and is now being refused food even after already paid. He called me and by now he is really upset and we haven’t eaten all day and nothing is open, that was so cruel and I read some recent reviews and see that this has happened before over getting someone’s order wrong. Who do you think you are to tell a customer that and continue to keep them from just buying some food? An evil one that has a screwed up way of thinking and it feels like discrimination.

This McDonald’s is by far the worst I’ve experienced from horrible customer service to undercooked hamburgers. Do yourself a favor and find another location unless you want to get sick from a pink burger. Also if you’re in a rush don’t bother going to this location, employees are on the phone or messing around in the back. Hire some staff with common sense!

Ordered a mobile order and there was 1 car ahead of us in the drive thru and we had a small order. Still took almost 15 minutes and they messed up the mobile order and it was barely warm. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but this is pathetic. Avoid this location at all costs.

Told us that “it’s not working”, “cash only”. Except we said that’s fine, we can pay cash. She came back and said “5.48”. Our order was more that that, so I knew it probably wrong. When suggesting we should pay more, she said “if I didn’t speak to you then you can go back around”. McDonalds employee’s name was Tasha. Please contact me. This is the second time I’ve been charged for a mobile order that I could not pick up. And it hit my card both times. BUYERS BEWARE.
