This is the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant ever to begin with. The staff was very rude after I waited about 35 to 45 minutes for them to even start making my order. I started getting frustrated. I then waited another 10 minutes and left they came to the end of the driveway and finally had the order which I told them I canceled it. I do not want it and told them to have a nice day, even though it was against my better judgment.

The mcflurrys we ordered lacked toppings. They just gave us vanilla ice cream with toppings only one the top of the ice cream not blended into the mcflurry and it was not many toppings. Also the shakes were very watery. Paul who took the orders customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! He was very rude, unprofessional and condescending. When trying to use my rewards app he stated he didn’t have time for me to pull it up. When I was trying to order he had no patience and nothing compassionate about him. Im very disappointed in the customer service that we recorded. When we got to the second window and complained about the customer service the guy said yeah he is like that sorry have a good day… That’s NO EXCUSE for how he’s treating paying customers!

Slowest McDonald’s EVER! It takes forever for them to ask for your order. The drive thru is slow, the inside is slow. This is horrible. The food is good but the wait is ridiculous! They don’t even give you a free item to compensate you for your time. They need to replace this location with something else, or get better management. Sucks!

No one answered the drive thru microphone for five minutes. Two other cars drove up, placed their order, and moved ahead. No one answered when I called out. I pulled forward and the cashier didn’t open the window at first. When I asked what happen she said she answered as I pulled away. All the manager offered was an apology and did I want to place and order.
