About as good a place as you could ask for in a small town. The place is super clean, and has a good, friendly staff. I do have one complaint: their air conditioner breaks down a lot. I cannot eat in a dining room if it is 90 degrees inside! My food has been great!

I’m usually not one to ever leave a bad review. But the way an employee spoke to me is just wild. In the drive-thru at the second window, I asked for my iced coffee to be remade. It looked as if it was 90% cream and 10% coffee. The female employee obliged, but when she opened the window again, another female employee stood behind her and said “next time tell us how to do it so we can make it right” with SUCH attitude. With the state of the worlds mental health, no one should be treated this way. You never know what someone else is going through. I don’t know the recipe for a McDonald’s iced coffee. And this is something I get twice a week, if not three times. But the way she barked at me was just unacceptable…I’ve worked nothing but retail and customer service jobs all my life. I’ve seen things and had many different encounters. But no one has spoken to me the way this woman did. Who knew a simple sentence could ruin a day.

I worked at Mcdonald before a couple times between other jobs and if my old manager came for food here he would die on the spot, cardiac arrest. It’s kids over kids and it takes 30 minutes to get 4 mchickens that I can cook fresh and make wrap and bag in 4 minutes but not here. If they paid enough I would go back and make it right but that’s probably why your big Mac bun will be put through the toaster way before you think of it, while it sits and you decide to stop in it’s hard now but you get it later on tonight finally. It’s been sold too I guess, I do know for sure out of 6 local McDonald’s all or a few were sold. Even though we bump heads if that yellow mustang ain’t the manager, the store is garbage. It’s been proven in multiple locations but not this one, it’s like nobody cares about it anymore. This is pure truth, I know it can be better b.c I didn’t get fired so no hard feelings towards them, I moved on but it’s just this location is totally left behind, this is a child’s lemonade stand at best. Get your drink and go, forget the food. #103 #Truth

Terrible!!! Everytime i go to this McDonald’s service sucks. They are slow and they can not listen to orders correctly more or less make them correctly. They should shut down remanage their staff (replace) is what i should say. Im a local in this smal town and i go here quite often. Never has ot been a good experience. I was there this morning and they had mopped, the floor was so greasy I was sliding. As I was eating I watched other customers sliding on the floor and they said the same thing. Food and service was great. I think they need a mop just for the lobby and one just for the kitchen.

About 7:35pm or so tonight, Friday 04/12/2023 my son (age 15) walked into this McDonalds to order refreshments after mowing and was ignored by all staff after trying to get someone’s attention to take his order. He’s wearing a white t-shirt and black pants, so to the owner (I think your name is, Bobby but unsure), review video to confirm this review. After an extended amount of time, my son gave up and left then went to Sonic where he successfully got service. We aren’t going here ever again.

I always get a mocha frappe but it’s to runny they need to thicken them up. I get chicken nuggets but the last couple of times you can tell that they’re stale from sitting under a heat lamp or just sitting. It will be a while before I go back. Sorry
