They never took my order in my lane only on the other lane. I had to go to the window. At first, the back booth cashier did not want to take order because there was a line behind me. That’s not my fault. Then my drink was made wrong – iced caramel mocha. No whip cream, no drizzle.

I gotta tell you. This place has some issues going on. First I give my code. Then the one taking my order proceeds to ask me what size chicken nuggets? What size drink and is quite rude because she can’t understand me with my English and all. If you can understand someone then why put them on the speaker so apparently she didn’t even enter my code. I get to the window. The cashier was extremely considerate because I realized I was charged more for the same deal that one of my technicians in the passenger seat was getting as well. So the cashier corrected it for me. Kindly. But my food was wrong. My receipt plainly said I wanted honey not homey mustard. But the girl at the window just smuggly acted as if she just didn’t get understand. I understand it’s a tough world, but if you don’t like your job, don’t go. Learn to take some pride for crying out loud. At the company I work for. We start men off at $15 an hour. These men crawl under houses and attic spaces and pool cable through facilities through dangers that you wouldn’t even believe unless you are a tradesman. And to do those types of things and to go to get a lunch so that you can continue doing this extremely tough task and it goes that way just because someone can’t listen to you, understand you or read a screen it’s just ludicrous…..

Used the Mc D’s app for out food order, customized our Mc doubles, which came out freshly made with and we weren’t disappointed! Mc Frappe and chocolate chip cookies didn’t disappoint either! Order came out to car in a timely manner and with a smile! This was at 4pm on a Thursday, long drive thru line but that didn’t hinder them getting our order to us quickly. First Mc D’s we’ve been to in months and we will definitely return to this location again!

Today I lost all respect for the McDonald’s located at quail corners on park road…. They refuse to unlock there doors during the day and people who didn’t have a car couldn’t eat. I asked why the dining room was closed to the public and the manager said because there were to many guest in store. The place was EMPTY! I asked for the corporate number and the manager refused to give it to me. This is America and at a place like McDonald’s we shouldn’t have under privileged people begging you to place an order for them and giving you their pocket change to cover the bill. One of the men clearly had downs syndrome and all he wanted was to buy his own cheeseburger. Shame on this McDonald’s location and the manager that was on duty. Unacceptable! Pictures of the empty dining room management claimed was so full she couldn’t unlock the door☹️

I’m writing this review after 3 terrible experiences in a row. I don’t know what’s going on with this location but Drive through is taking longer than ever before. When I give a coupon code it doesn’t work in particular tonight. I came in with a six dollar coupon code For a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and they. One morning I came by for a coffee and a morning biscuit and they took 17 minutes. I Was so late for work that I went inside and they couldn’t give me a refund so I just walked away hungry. I think I hate mcdonald’s now and I used to love mcdonald’s as a kid as shameful and corporate as that is.

So I went here 3 days ago at 6am the drive through was packed full of cars so once it reached 6:19 I started calling them and frank here answered the phone and I asked him when are you guys going to start taking orders he hung up in my face and began taking orders. I get to the window payed for my food then asked him who hung up the phone while I was talking and could I speak to a manager he told me that they didn’t have a manager there and that he didn’t know who answered the phone I also asked him for corporates number he also said he didn’t have it, THEN when I asked him for his name he replied with WHY and LAUGHED!!! Then he tried to play the card that he “didn’t speak English very well” then he closed the window on me, I literally sat in the drive through holding up the line for 8 minutes trying to get a refund, so finally he sent one of the women to the drive through she was very sweet she processed my refund and then I asked her who hung the phone up and she said IT WAS HIM! BUT I STILL DON’T KNOW HIS NAME YET!! So I sit outside waiting on the manager to show I seen no one so I sent my nephew inside to ask for his name and take a picture. He asked my nephew WHY did he want his name!!!! I finally got his name by going up there to ask the other shifts manager. I literally come here every other day and he’s starting to be a real problem. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL morning shift
