I DETEST ordering food online on any app but today I decided to try it. Got there, sat in the pick up parking spot, and waited like 7 minutes for someone to come out. I get home and noticed that they gave me an apple pie vs the strawberry cream pie that is on my receipt. I called and spoke to the manager (her name escapes me now) she told me to bring my receipt back up there and they would fix it. I get back to the location and no one knows who I spoke to. Apparently no one who works there has that name but luckily they gave me my correct pie. Rated 3 stars because each time I go up there, (2x within the past 3 days) the kids are always sitting on their phones at the drive thru windows not paying attention to customers who pull up— with NO attempt to hide it. That and the fact I had to waste my time/gas to go back up there for the correct pie was the breaking point for me.

My first time at this location. I wish I would have saw the reviews first. So I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal and the first sandwich was dry meaning no mayo or anything. Only a pickle. I took it back and they gave me a deluxe. Now when I get to the fries I realize they are not fresh. Hard fries. Just heated up old fries. The young man didn’t seem to even care as he said sarcastically oh my bad and walked away. Why work here if you don’t feel like serving your customers. I spend my hard earned money for this. Your customers keep you in business. I hope that corporate sees this so they may address this issue and fix it as this location is in ballentyne wow. Very poor customer service. Can’t eat fries. I fear for my teeth. Sorry this location sucks. And it’s not just my opinion. Look at the reviews.
