Stopped in to get a large caramel frappe with extra caramel and it was absolutely delicious. I went through the drive-thru there was hardly anybody in line so I was in and out very quickly and my beverage was very tasty. If no starts was an option then that’s what I would put. This place is disgusting in everyway..the customer service is by far the worst I have EVER experienced. The alarm in the play area went off for 15 minutes before I decided to get my kids and leave and it was still going off when I got in my car to leave. When the MANAGER was told it was going off the response was ” well it will have to wait because I’m busy” mind you there was 3 people in line and from what I could see only a couple cars in the drive thru. The crew here is slow and work as if they they dont really care about their job or the customers trash cans were over flowing and the bathrooms were disgusting..I dont plan to ever go back to this location. Date is 4/28 around 7pm

Some how the lobby isn’t open even though the door said they were. The male employee that was behind the front counter saw me and waved his finger no to me. Additionally I called the number 3 times with no answer. This was supposed to be a quick stop for breakfast on our route and ended up costing us 20 min. Very poor service. Very disappointed.

I was enjoying it…I got almost to the end of my sandwich and I was adjusting it because it was sliding….
