Went through an online app to order food, came out quickly but was all wrong. Ordered 2 Hamburgers, nugget meal, and a big mac.. I got 2 cheeseburgers and no big Mac. We have a cheeseburger allergy and my daughter didn’t get her food, so I drive back, explain everything. They gave me all the food again. I get home and my nuggets aren’t in the bag and still no big Mac! Never have u had this much of problem with this location

My drive thru experience here was the worst. I’ve given this place so many chances, but they always make mistakes regarding my food. Today, I went around the line so they could fix the mistakes they made. The manager, or whoever the lady in the blue shirt was, had the worst attitude/no customer service skills and yelled at us like it was our fault our orders were wrong. As for the food, I’ve had WAY better. This place is seriously lacking customer service skills.

I was given a burger that was cold and red inside. Horribly disgusting. It made my wife physically ill for hours. When I returned the door was locked despite a sign saying to come on in. The staff waved me to the drive through which I had just been through. The woman out front waiting on her food had been there over 30 minutes and no one had brought her food out.

Ordered an hour and thirty minutes before closing got there in like 15-20 minutes after I placed the order and they said that they weren’t taking anymore orders and the kitchen was closed and that they had no food which I understand I don’t have a problem with that but, when I went to the window to ask for a refund i saw that they were messing around inside with a huge mess all over the place. They were very rude when I asked for a refund and slammed the window in my face when I asked if they could cancel the order. I’ve been there several times and the customer service has always been very awful!

Came in today to get a replacement for the raw burger I was served last week which made me sick. Only to be talked down to and brushed off by the general manager. Long story short last week I was sold a burger that was completely pink on one of the burgers. Called in and spoke to the regional manager who took down my information and told me to come in next time I was free to have it replaced. And while I was trying to explain this to the general manager he kept repeating himself and a very condescending way. Telling me I need the receipt( which I would have glad kept with me had the area supervisor had told me to hang on to it, which she didn’t she said my personal information was enough) Well I used to do ballroom dance with the Cole family so I just have them a call to tell them about my horrible experience. As much as I like the Cole family go to one of their other establishments and completely avoid this place. They serve you undercooked food, promise to replace it. And then when you come in to do so they deny this and Talk down to you. The worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s. If I could give zero stars I would.

Awful. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been too. The service is constantly the worst I’ve seen, food is fine, but often lazily and hastily put together and nobody is watching or checking the drive thru’s. Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost, it’s the worst I’ve been to by far and the only reason anyone goes to this horrible place is because it’s the only one in Carthage. Please get a new manager and some real workers because this place is a joke.
