Very slow service, rude young lady at the window, whoever came up with this whole thing of pulling into a parking space when going through the drive through was just continuing to allow people to be lazy, that never existed for years and you got your food at the window usually in a timely manner with no issues, all this does is allow employees to be lazy and for management to send up lies of how fast they get cars through the drive through, which is funny because there is a restaurant which in fact has double the cars in their drive through but you actually get your food fast, done well without the “you need to pull into space #1 and we will bring it to you” defeats the whole purpose of a drive through, if we had time to wait we would just come in and sit down, it’s very simple management, fix this and your employees attitudes

This place is a complete joke as is the one on Roberts Ave. the Mexican girl at the first window opened the window said “you got a mobile order?” I told her yes and my name. She then told me “you can go on up” and motioned me up like I was an inconvenience to her, then slammed the window in my face after I asked her could I please get my receipt (something I do every time I order something) she then waved at me instead of opening the window – turned and ignored me. I watched the girl At the second window (a tiny kid) hand my drink & bag to the person in front of me and I watched him hand it back to her. I got to the second window & she was rude as well, she told me to pull up for 1 drink and 2 pies that let’s face it.. at 8pm has been sitting there since earlier this afternoon they didn’t have to cook them. I pulled to the 3rd window as requested and some Indian woman brought my drink with no straw & no pies then acted like she had a problem with me asking for my pies. She walks away hollering at the second window about my pies. Minutes later the kid from the 2nd window comes to the 3rd window laughing & asks “what you need”? I told her my pies and a straw, she laughs again & walks away. Then they send a way nicer Indian girl to bring my pies, she gave me a straw and kept apologizing about how they were acting. the story I heard during each rude excuse was; receipt paper is out, “we don’t do receipts”, “I think it’s messed up”, “pull up to 4th spot I’ll bring it out” (never did). I get being desperate for employees but according to the reviews I’m not the only one who experienced rude cashiers. Shouldn’t be so desperate that you hire any body that’ll clock in.all together I waited 20mins for a drink, and 2 pies that was already made.

Fries were good, burgers were cold. Service was slow. The worst part was the clientele, the behavior and language from 3 young girls, and I am guessing their mother or at least an adult with them was not suitable for public use. They should all know better and have more self respect and dignity.

Well the food ( once you make it to the window to pay or receive your order ) is pretty gd other than that waiting at least 15 mins from when you pull up till when you drive off is just blew my mind and that’s being considerate on the time I just hope it’s not normal and hope they get help or something but I’m pleased the order was correct and not cold.

Literally awful I have NEVER been one to write a bad review because I sympathize with the workers. We stood there for almost 45 minutes for two coffees and an oatmeal. The employees were trying very hard and I felt so bad for the new girl who was on the register with no help. So many people standing there waiting, so much confusion, back to back wrong orders. Meanwhile, the manager is standing talking to his friends at a table for the entire time that we were there. God knows how long he was standing there before we even arrived. He had a green button up, he was relatively short and skinny, and he was blonde. As a former manager myself, that kid should be fired. He was obviously too immature to be responsible for an entire team. Watching his employees struggling and simply ignoring it, he could’ve done at least something but he was too busy mouthing off.

Even though my service rating is low, there was one shining star on staff during our visit. When the on duty manager did nothing to assist the struggling elderly cashier, another associate did come into the dining room to help assist patrons who needed to use the kiosks. She was very friendly and helpful in an upsetting situation. Had it not been for her assistance after her sorry manager emerged from the back and pointed out the kiosks we were standing in front of. We probably would have left and went across the road to Wendy’s. We did finally recieve our luke-warm burgers and went on our way.

It’s a hit or miss with this store. I have a toddler and 2 teenagers and I’m there everyday all different times. But I can say that during a.m and early afternoon hours are the best. The manager on duty is super nice and so apologetic when something is wrong

Girl at the window was rude. Every time I come here the “ice cream machine isn’t working” doesn’t matter the time I come could be 8am, 10pm, 1pm, 11am it’s never working.

Received a less than appealing although the top bun actually was peeling Spicy Chicken Sandwich from the 2nd wait inside lobby After Original drive through Cook to Order was excluded from the bag after being pulled up to 3rd window to wait.Upon nicely informing a worker or manager she went toward the back and used a profanity beginning with an F against a male co worker him then using the same F word profanity toward her let off in a repetitive fashion while the other workers stopped in awe with their jaws dropped watching ..while still having to wait another Several minutes AFTER that assuming that worker possibly may have completed the order being she told him he needed to get the F!!! back in the kitchen to do so ♀️ …and being Fair as Always this Review can be deleted once the issue is remedied and was nothing but, Patient …and am so glad the bag wasn’t opened until leaving the location because, want it to remain that way

Told them 3 times this is not my order , she said Ok, closed the window, then told me to pull up, gave me fries closed the window and walked off, before I could tell her this still isn’t correct!! It’s okay to make a mistake, as long as you fix it. More often than not your order is wrong at this location!
