We visited the drive thru for breakfast. We ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin, hash brown (my daughter commented on how it was nice and hot), 2 sausage biscuits, and a large sweet tea (she was kind enough to tell me all sizes were the same price, I almost ordered a small!!) The lady who took my order was extra sweet, my daughter said, “Wow, she’s like SUPER nice, Mama.”

Really gone downhill. They used to have the best fries around. Now they are Always cold. The buns on the burgers were stale. Chicken nuggets spelled and tasted like old grease and the service was very slow. To top it all off the app wouldn’t work and they refused to honor the discount. On the plus side…the tea was good.

Went in because I wanted fresh hot food with a correct order and I was so wrong. Ordered fresh fries received warm, asked for and was charged for a whole slice of cheese on my fish, received a half slice, walked in to full garbage cans dirty tables no ketchup in the ketchup dispenser. Everything was wrong. They want $15.00 an hour? Really! I didn’t even talk to the manager to tell her everything that was wrong. Bad thing about the whole experience was that the cashier didn’t know to ring up my order because I wanted everything fresh so the manager helped ring up my order gave me my order and it was wrong.
