This McDonald’s has the WORST walk-in service I’ve ever seen. The counter is usually understaffed, and whoever is working is usually grumpy, angry, or unresponsive. These folks don’t have the courtesy to acknowledge one’s presence. Not a, ‘I’ll be with you in a minute.’ And the orders, once received, are usually incomplete. So then there’s more time spent waiting and getting ignored. The owner should be embarrassed.

Went through drive thru on my way back from the ER. they served me tea that was 95% water, went back through drive thru to get tea that wasn’t clear. The line was taking forever with just one car ahead so my husband had to park and go in to get what we paid for….tea. The manager who remade the order was rude, rolled her eyes, and was clearly not loving it. This attitude has happened so many times at this location that I try to NEVER go there. I’ve given up on all of them lately. They just don’t care.

Regardless of how simple my order, what time of day, or how busy the restaurant is, I am always asked to pull forward in the drive thru at this location. I often wait 10+ minutes for my order after pulling forward past the 2nd window. The staff is friendly and my order is generally correct, but the time it takes to receive even the smallest order here is actually unacceptable.

Ordered fries the other night and they straight up sucked. They were mushy and moist. They were warm but it seemed like someone just dipped the old batch back in the grease (that’s an old trick we used to do when I worked fast food in high school, and from experience I can tell when someone else is doing it). This McDonald’s is not being run very well, that or the employees are making bad decisions behind the manager’s back. Just do the fries right. You are at work the same amount of hours either way, why would it hurt you to just open a new bag of fries every so often and keep them fresh?

If anyone goes to this mcdonald’s and you are told to pull up to the third window that your food will be right out to you, please say no, you will not get helped again, I waited 15 minutes for a simple bacon cheese quarter pounder with no onion with fries and had to sit there and watch 10 cars get served food and drive around me and i was forgotten about so I got out of my truck and walked to the second window and asked how long does it take to get a simple order and it was looked at like I was such a stranger. I received a bag of food just a minute later with extra fries in which I am not sure why that helps the situation, a waist of extra fries I didn’t order. God help anyone that is allergic to onions because I originally asked for no onions and when I got time to eat definitely had onions on it when I ordered without. I was not rude to in many ways but the service and food sucked.

Most McDonalds have a huge line, this should have been our first clue. The person taking our order kept say is that all. They would do go to take some lessons from Chick-fil-A. Finally the order wasn’t right.
