I don’t know who the two young guys were running the drive through windows this evening 10 July 2023 between 7 pm and 730 buy they were great. My wife and I stopped to get dinner on the way home from work. Both made sure the orders were right and even asked if there was anything else we needed which has been a rarity at this location. Both were very pleasant which actually took us by surprise considering most of the people we have encountered at this location. Also our order was right the first time. Hold on to these two

I’m not particularly fond of the prices in comparison to the surrounding McDonald’s but that’s my only complaint other than that my daughter and I like to stop in for a quick bite. The dining room and bathrooms are always clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Knock on wood they’ve always gotten my order right and unlike some of the other McDonald’s they have gotten my food out quickly. Do wish they had a playground but hey there’s a park near by…

I went inside to get a mocha frappe. The employees were friendly and provided fast service. The frappe was not very frozen, which brings me to my main complaint. It was so hot in that place you would start to sweat after being in there just long enough to order. And I feel so bad for the employees having to work in such a hot area anyway but not to have any working ac is ridiculous and the company should have this corrected immediately. But yet everyone was still friendly and doing there job! Hats off to you!! McDonald’s should be ashamed for having people work in these conditions.

This is the worst place to go to. I ordered food thru my app and had one car at the one side of the drive thru and I was at the other. It took 15 min for them to even acknowledge anyone waiting. Someone was laying on their horn so then we were told now it’s goin to take longer by Jesse. While still waiting 4 cars from the right side were able to order before I got acknowledged. According to my app and my receipt it took 38 min for me to get my food. When I asked the girl why she took the one side and not the other I was informed that “I pick whatever side I decide to take” The whole night staff is rude purposely waits extra time and should all be replaced.

Was waiting for like 20 minutes drive thru so I decided to download the app to make it easier for them and us to hurry up. After 20 minutes extra waiting at the drive thru they tell me that order was cancelled because of system. If the system shut down they weren’t able to receive the order and confirm it and cancel it. Plus there was 2 guys just standing there doing nothing. And how the system is down and you can’t do orders but you can place door dash order?

Tonight on my way home I stopped. Worker said it would be 15-20 mins because there was only one other person in there. Okay.. ordered my fussy toddler an ice cream. My child waited the full 15 minutes, upset wanting that ice cream. I can hear multiple females inside laughing really loud. Get home and find out they didn’t even get my order right. Not one Mcdouble in the bag just chicken sandwiches. And my son’s cup was only halfway filled.

Not one to write reviews, this is my third review but I showed up at exactly 12:11am. I get it super late, but why am I still sitting in the drive thru 42 minutes later and haven’t placed my order yet? They only responded to one lane it is a double drive thru with a drive thru 1+2. I was in 1 for 30 minutes and finally got up to the process where I could order food only by switching lanes. Ridiculous, they constantly mess up orders and have staff blaming each other. Extremely unprofessional, lack of desire to fix mistakes and easily the worse McDonald’s in the United States. I know only a handful of McDonald’s have closed in the past but this should be one of them. Gross service, horrible quality and lack of desire to work is what the staff will give you here. From management down this establishment is a joke.

I’ve been to McDonald’s from this location all the way back to my home state in Oklahoma definitely the worst one. Good luck in the drive thru the wait time is ridiculous. Then once you do get your food the order is wrong. It’s always a 20min to an hr wait here for MCDONALDS!!! Like what ‍♂️

What can I say about food, it’s McDonalds, got a fish fillet it was fresh and good, but the girl swipped my chipped card 3 times before she figured out it had the chip. Food was then just handed out, no greeting, here ya go, thanks? But we accept it and continue to go back as we are lazy, so this is what we get.
