Worst McDonald’s ever. Order is never right. Service is horrible. Order delivered curbside and the same server who does not understand what that a meal includes fries and a drink brought it out. When informed that the order was wrong because it had no drink, she disappeared for five minutes. Pulled over to the EMPTY drive thru window and asked for my drink. Server there said they were busy. Empty drive thru? One person at counter who walked in after I moved to window. Initial server walking around empty handed. Took almost 8 minutes for them to provide a drink! Do not ever leave without checking your order. They will wrap a cheeseburger in a double quarter pounder box just to get rid of you. The service is horrible and unprofessional. They have no concern for fraud. Oh, I’m not even mentioning how my mobile order earlier disappeared and was cashed out before I even arrived and then had to go inside and show them my order and retrieve it myself. Avoid this place!!!

I don’t never complain. The women taken order bless her but you can tell she isn’t all there. She needs to be doing something else beside order. She don’t know how to approach customers. Everytime I Oder. Is that it. Is that is. Then ask me. Does fries and drink come with the combos. . Hmmmm yes. Then my order wasn’t right.

I rcvd orders from coworkers wanting food while I was out then suddenly had an order of 15 various breakfast sandwiches through drive-thru. They were going to pull up which was to be expected w/o having a call-in order but when I got to the window, they had everything cooked & the entire order was correct. Usually have their game together,.but not yesterday!! The computers went down and they had to write down orders. We went thru the drive thru and were shorted 2 chocolate milks, one of our 3 biscuits. No receipt to prove what I had ordered.

Bear in mind I came through the drive through during a busy period. While voice in the box was sounding uninspired while taking orders, the staff was friendly and the food we received after a short wait (5-10 minutes est.)was popping hot. The parking lot is small and can require some caution to navigate especially with parked vehicles awaiting drive through orders. Beyond that the service was superior to what I have received at other McDonald’s franchise stores else where.

Negative stars. I tried to order in drive through just now. Girl about 15 said “2nd window” before I could finish my order. Never gave me my amount. When I told her “You really should give the amount”. She said “We normally do”. I said “Well not this time. She said “Just you!”. Wow that’s how you treat customers! Unacceptable! The chicken sandwich was horrible. Do better!!!

Not the best place I’ve ever been to, the employees don’t seem to have their whole effort put into their jobs. I’ve gotten messed up orders before, and they definitely put the “fast” in “fast food,” although they don’t seem to value quality most times. Don’t get me wrong though, a few employees give it their all and there’s been enough times to call it satisfactory that my order has been right, and I’d be lying if I said their cookies weren’t amazing, honestly some of the best I’ve ever had from a restaurant around here before.
