We been to this McDonalds countless times throughout the years – so glad they rebuilt after the fire a few years ago. this weekend we had to go inside to dine in. The place looked clean but it was hard to find a tabletop that was actually clean – we ended up wiping it down ourselves. I understand everyone is understaffed & the crew is dealing with a lot. Wish mgmt would get someone to maintain the interior eating areas. Food order was correct & food tasted great.

This location is hit or miss. But today I hit!! Went in to claim my free McCafé beverage. I got a mocha frappe with Oreo crumbles and (sorry if I spell it wrong) but McKinsey took my order and made the drink and I have to say this was one of the best ones I’ve had there ever!! I got a reasonable amount of Oreo crumbles (usually they barely put any ) but this was a beautiful drink. And her customer service was on point!!! The manager on duty also was amazing and helpfulnbut I didn’t get her name. Thank you guys for a good experience here finally!!! Keep it up! Y’all are very appreciated !

Once again I tried and they failed. This has to be one of the Worst McDonald’s in the country. Never do they get my order right, usually when I order a double hamburger it comes with cheese, this time she even asked me… “2 double hamburgers all the way, with no cheese” Yes, please… Driving away look in the bag… 2 double hamburgers with Nothing on them, quite the opposite I think. I would have something positive to say other than the fact that the people are polite but they can never get even the most simple orders right. You can order something how it comes exactly like it is on the menu and it will still be wrong in one way or another. It’s very frustrating putting in an extremely simple order for a double cheeseburger but yet when you get it you have a single cheeseburger or a single hamburger with no cheese pickles ketchup onions at all. If they could get it right so that all their orders are correct when the customer orders it and the way they order it then they would be a lot better.
