Slow lazy employees! I spent a half hour there. I waited 15 minutes for my curbside order, which was never delivered, then went inside for what felt like another 15 minutes for them to gather my order together and much to my displeasure my sandwiches were left sitting on the counter for probably 15 minutes and there was no offer to make anything fresh.

Normally it’s your standard run of the mill McDonalds. However this time, after waiting at the window for a period of time, I was given a raw chicken sandwich. Being in the food and beverage industry myself, I know food temps are crucially important to maintain health and safety. Disappointed this go round. Hope no others have this experience.

The new restaurant is nice but nobody working there seems to know what they are doing. My food is wrong almost every time I eat there and good luck getting something fresh. Not to mention, it’s the only McDonald’s I’ve even been in that doesn’t allow refills. The managers aren’t helpful at all. Nicole I believe her name is..is rude and hateful to everyone she comes in contact with. So my best advice is go to Wendy’s lol.

Rude,food was nasty,overheard staff making comments about size of my order,my fish sandwich was cold and i was rudely told by the manager that they are understaffed and that I should be more considerate…haha!! I waited 35 minutes for a cold fish sandwich and your going to tell me to be understanding,,called corporate and reported such manager but it doesn’t look like it helped, the drive thru is out of control they get confused and half the time you can’t get the stupid app to work

Food is usual. Service seems to have dropped a lot with this new building, which is not welcoming at all. Pulling up to a large mostly featureless brick wall really makes you feel like cattle with just a number to herd you through.. but very slowly. I really do miss the old McDonald’s and its crew. It was a much better experience. I used to stop by it about once a week to pick up breakfast and coffee for my mom, but I’d rather just skip this place now.
