I go here often before work, approximately at 5:30am In the last several weeks I’ve got more than 5 uncooked crispy chicken biscuits. I understand mistakes happen but this is consistently reoccurring. So not only have I wasted over 20$but in some case’s like this morning is was raw and could not be eaten. Last week I was sick for 2 days & it’s probable this was the cause. This is unacceptable. It’s always the same individual working when this happens. I have my bank statements to show proof of purchase at this point I’m beyond fed up. I’m also not the only person with this same issue. I will go somewhere else but this is about principle,health factor, and money aspect.

Worst experience we’ve had at this location. Weekday mornings they get you through pretty fast. Saturday mornings? Good luck! We ordered on our mobile app as always, pulled up to the speaker to tell them our order. We waited and waited, even said “hello, hello” 4 cars, in lane one were waited on and went ahead of us! When we finally got someone’s attention, a gentleman said, rather curtly, “I’ll be with you in a minute ” really!? When we finally did make it through it had pushed us so late for an appointment we had to wait 45 minutes to even eat. My large coffee with 4 creams, turned out to be some kind of mocha something….and I’m diabetic! Dear god people, get back on your game!!

Sometimes the service is slow because they are busy or shorthanded, but the food is always right, the fries are cooked perfectly, and the employees are kind and courteous. Worth the wait when you are craving McDonald’s.

It was Saturday night 9:45 6/17 The worst service as possible sat in drive thru for 30 mins and the boy didn’t apologized for the wait and didn’t say nothing didn’t even speak or give my receipt! Something needs to be done with this place. If you don’t like your job stay at the house!

Do NOT buy a McFlurry here. After I paid for one, the lady told me they were not allowed to put the same amount of soft ice cream that has been put in them. When she delivered it to me, it was HALF the size I used to get. Another case of getting less, but paying the same. I paid $3.41, I gave her $4.00 and she did not give me my change back. Do not eat here.

Person taking order was really short with us…l asked for caramel sundae with caramel on bottom and top but only a little on top…my fries were absolutely cold…my double fish was a single and when we took it back they put a fish pattie in a plastic container…really? So was not a good experience!
