Both drive through lines were long, and inside was the same. Many employees were there, but the line didn’t move quickly at all. No apologies for the wait and no acknowledgement until time to deliver food. Young lady that delivered food to counter was very cordial. Surprised to see so much hair uncovered in the kitchen area.

placed a mobile order and went through the drive through, they asked for my order number and once I gave it to them and they asked me to pull around I asked them if I could change the drink that I accidentally chose. They said since it’s already payed for they can’t change it? They can’t just simply put a different drink in the cup? I just don’t understand if every drink is the same price. I wasn’t asking for a different size or anything just simply a different drink. Not accommodating at all.

Ordered pickup through the app. Very easy and convenient. I was pleasantly surprised at not only the speed of service, but wow, my burger was awesome! It was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff member that delivered it to me was very friendly as well. If McDonald’s was this good all the time, I would eat it more often!

The wife and I came here the other night, late night to grab some food because she had a late night at work at the hospital. When we arrived all the lights were on, but there was nobody there. We waited in the Drive-Thru like 15 minutes, and even drove through the drive to 3 or 4 times. We also called the location, and no one answered. So it was clear that either no one was there and they left all their lights on, or they were inside and did not want to be disturbed. Kind of sucks when it’s the only 24-hour McDonald’s in the area.

We had a large group of family, wanting to enjoy a good breakfast, instead we had CHAOS!!! FOOD WAS GIVENBTO US PIECE BY PIECE, NO DRINKS AND ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS WAY TOO FAR FROM A GOOD WORKER, SHE DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO AT ALL.

Every time I have been to this McDonald’s, the person taking my order automatically upcharges me for a large meal that I did not ask for. I can never finish a large meal and would rather not be wasteful with my food AND money. At my most recent visit, the employees allowed people with mobile orders to walk up to the drive thru window, cutting off cars that had been waiting more than 20 minutes for breakfast. This McDonald’s has the poorest service I have experienced.
