The employees were unorganized, had no sense of urgency, and were RUDE for no reason. We were told to go ahead and order at the drive thru, ordered, then waited like 6 minutes before somebody came back and said we had to order again. After ordering again, we pulled up to pay, and the rude girl at the first window dropped half of the change on the ground outside of the window, then literally closed the window in our face without saying a thing. And they forgot items we ordered. That place needs new management and employees 100%.

Restaurant was not on their game, employees were walking all over each other, orders not getting completed timely, despite a full time cleaning lady in the lobby, the entire restaurant was the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever been to. Alot of room for improvement.

Food was great, the usual you expect from McDonald’s. Service was good too. I ordered ice cream from the service kiosk and the woman working offered to give me a refund after telling me the machine wasn’t working. Good place all around. The reason for the low rating is that they got some guy named Cornelius in there. Can’t eat from a place with people named like that roaming around.

I’m going to give them 4 stars because I come here quite often for my kids and I usually don’t have major issues. But this is the most inconsistent place I’ve ever been to. Their ice cream machine is literally ALWAYS broken so please don’t go there if god forbid you want a McFlurry in your lifetime. Some days you get the rudest employees who clearly hate their job and then you get ones that are so overly nice they almost seem like a recording. Do NOT go when the schools get out ≈3pm because you will be there FOREVER. The double ordering was the worst idea ever. The food overall is usually good, but I really wish they were more consistent in their service. I usually just order online now and do curbside pickup but that’s been unavailable lately so you’re forced to either go in (where you’ll potentially be blocked in) or sit in the drive-thru line that moves slower than a snail.

I have never gotten an order through drive through and have it right. So I go inside and I’m told I have to use a screen in the dining room and choose what I want. She has to push the buttons for me because I am 69 and don’t know how to work this screen (?) She assumes. I get up there and she has duplicated everything I wanted to order. I went in instead of driving around the window because of above long line.
