The attitude of some of your workers are not of someone who needs to be dealing with the public!!! Soo. The staff here is horrrrrrrrible. Their system is always down. Drive thru doesn’t move. Building has been remodeled but that means nothing with bad staff and ridiculous wait times. I’ve pulled in the drive thru a few times and left because the lines literally don’t move. .. oh not to mention, depend on the time you go, they will not take regular orders. I sat in line for God knows how long just to get to the window to be told they were only filling uber and Doordarshan orders.

This McDonald’s is newly renovated and it was clean very polite workers I had not been here in over 4-6 years I didn’t want to eat in place that was dirty all the time employees didn’t want to work gave attitude to customers but we all know it only takes one to spoil the bunch. They need to take this location off doordash and Uber Eats and let us deliver from other stores. I’ve never ordered here and not had an issue with my order. The worst part? Going here in person is no better. They lack customer service and their speed is insulting. At this point I say let’s the robots take their jobs. It can’t be worse than what’s happening on flat shoals.

This McDonald’s has the slowest service in the drive thru that I have EVER experienced. They literally took 20 minutes per vehicle. It’s like they took the individual order, then didn’t even start cooking the order until you made payment, and then it still took 15 more minutes to get food! I couldn’t believe it myself. I feel like I could have done better with just myself working the entire restaurant at once!

Probably the worst fast food experience I have ever had. The entire lobby was full of people waiting 20+ minutes for their food, they just forgot to make mine. Orders for many waiting were wrong or missing items and the burgers were raw in the middle. If there was anyone present from management, they should be fired for allowing customers to be treated that way.
