I am not normally picky when it comes to McDonald’s or any other fast food restaurant. But this one does stand out as one that I do not trust the grade of the food or the employees that prepare it. They don’t seem to want to be there and make no effort to make you feel like you are welcome. In my opinion, it seems almost as though they are annoyed to be serving you or that you even stopped to eat there!

It’s fast food. Limit your expectations. It’s consistent for McDonalds. Typical fast food burger and fries, which I’m fine with when that’s what I want. Service at this location has been inconsistent. There are some people who provide good service and polite. Later in the evening, I encounter rudeness. Biggest issue is I need to check my food like a hawk. 50/50 on getting it right.

The service was great. no complaints there. But my wife ordered the bacon McCrispy and it was not very good. There was, a small dollop of ranch that looked nothing like the amount on the menu. We asked for a ranch packet and they gave one to us. Also, the fries were cold. We didn’t ask for more but I assume they would have. Again they had great customer service. I ordered the Quarter pounder and it was delicious.

Wow. Waited almost 15 minutes to be given fries that were ice cold and unsalted, inedible as soon as I pulled away. I got home to see that my double burger bun was stale, the meat seemed extra dry, and there was no ketchup/mustard as usual. The coke was clearly poured when the order was first taken and left to melt as I waited for my order. Absolute waste of time for a $13 bag of what ended up as dog food. Whoever owns and manages this location needs to do some serious quality control.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Was pulled ahead for my order, which I totally respect… I get it! But….. after waiting 15 minutes, having the manager walk out and wave a bag in my face, saying “What’d you have” Super Snobby with nothing but attitude. Proceeds to tell me it is not my order in her hand.. walks around the parking lot for 5 minutes with the bag. Comes back up to me and says “here”. I politely asked for fresh fries since I’ve watched her walk around with this bag for quite sometime.. I’m also missing nuggets. She says “They are fresh” with an eye roll. Proceeding to yell at another crew “Just get this lady nuggets” As in the aspect that I didn’t even order them. After about 25 minutes I have my order, that is simply cold. Instead of putting up a fight about it, I left. I am not a complainer, I just don’t agree with the way this manager treated myself and the customers around. All in all, I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone!

this mcdonalds is the worst run place i’ve ever been to. the workers are terrible at literally everything they do, they don’t know how to talk to people and it’s obvious that some of them are high. the riders are wrong most of the time and the food tastes old and stale.
