Ordered our food and the person taking the order was obviously not listening because when we got to the pick up window multiple things were wrong. Instead of making it right like they should have the workers had an attitude and the manager was uncaring and refused to help- definitely needs more management classes!

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a crispy chicken sandwich as a mobile order. Went to pick it up and they didn’t have it. I showed them my paid receipt with the store location and food and they still wouldn’t even try to look for the order or make my food. There is no way to dispute / cancel the transaction online, which I told them but they still refused to make the food, essentially scamming me. Absolutely horrible customer service and a severe lack of communication between employees. This also isn’t the first time they have been rude or disrespectful to me, as it has happened multiple times in the past. This is the first time they have scammed me, though. They won’t acknowledge their mistakes even when presented with a receipt for the food.

A fresh, cold, vanilla shake from McDonald’s might be the single most delicious & ‘refreshing’ thing ever. Quarter Pounder has oddly become too salty. Fries, if fresh, and timely cooked, are still special. Nuggets, if cooked at order, are still great. I wouldnt go every day, or every week, but every once in a while, McDonald’s is a nice treat.

My Girlfriend and I ordered a strawberry milkshake and when we got the shake it had some mint milkshake at the bottom. It looked like the worker didn’t clean out the shake equipment before making our shake because the person behind us got a mint shake. Now that they have the deals they have on the app McDonald’s has become my go-to breakfast stop. Seriously you should look at the app and see what you can get. It’s also super convenient to just roll up to the menu board and tell them you’re picking up a mobile order. It doesn’t charge your card until you actually go through the line so you can cancel anytime. As for this specific store it’s always been a good one. The drive-through employees have their stuff together and I’ve never had an order mistake. As for the food quality it’s McDonald’s you know exactly what you’re going to get.
