When here for lunch, had to order through the kiosk. Got a table placard and went and set down to wait on our food. 20 minutes went by, so I went up to check on our meal. I asked the attendant about our meal. He said he had called our number. I told him it was their responsibility to bring the meal to the table since they asked me to put a number on the table. He proceeded to argue with me that it wasn’t his responsibility. Then he told one of the other attendants to come take care of me before he had to knock me out. I asked to speak to the manager but she never came out. Sent a young man out to talk to me. He said he would bring out the main manager’s phone number. He never did.

One morning, an employee dressed in street clothes literally walked in with her son, she went behind the counter, communicated with a staff member, proceeded to ring up her son’s meal, paid for it, got it together and gave it to him, acknowledged me and asked an a employee if I’d been helped and then left. Must be nice ! There were at least 3 customers still waiting on food for a long while. I mean, thanks for acknowledging that I exist but wow!!

The service was fast and our order was filled exactly as placed. The floors and some of the tables were a little dirty and the staff was not particularly friendly. Overall the experience was a little above average for the McDonald’s that we’ve visited in the past. It should be noted that there is not a playground at this McDonald’s but there is ample outdoor seating for nice weather days.

The young man who brought our order out was so nice .I ask if we could get fresh fry’s he said yes of course.i ask if he wanted the old fry’s he said no. He went in to get more fry’s.he came back out and said the manager for that shift wanted the old fry’s I said ok and gave them to him.i waited 10 min for fresh fry’s .I had to go inside to get them for myself .the young man apologized for it taking so long .the lady at the drive thru window didn’t like the fact I want different fry’s .she wasn’t nice and she was the one making me Waite.the young man apologized again .she never said a word even when she handed me my new fry’s.maybe she shouldn’t be working with the public.

This McDonald’s has went down in the last year. I was picking up a DoorDash order yesterday and the inside was locked so I had to wait in the drive-thru. This wouldn’t be a problem except for the fact that the drive-thru is extremely slow and they would only take an order every five minutes. Essentially, I had to wait forty minutes to pick up my DoorDash order that at that point was cold and late. Its unacceptable to allow DoorDash orders at this location when they are so incompetent here.

Was shorted ten dollars in change by the drive through cashier so proceeded to get the correct change back and while doing so the lady who shorted me in the first place had an even worse attitude than before like it was my fault I’m in there trying to get my money back. But anyways if it wasnt for management I would I have just gotten robbed by McDonald’s employees so thank you and count your change folks.

Went their this morning, at 10:20am and sat in the drive thru till 10:35am, I asked them if they’d serve me breakfast after 10:30am since I was waiting patiently the whole time mind you it was backed up and they said they were short staffed. I got to the menu board and told them I had been waiting since before 10:30 that they would still serve me and they told me they did not have any more breakfast because they ran out. Wasted my time a the manager was very unprofessional and was very rude.
