The absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been to I ordered over $31.00 of food for 3 people and not 1 of the orders was right, they gave us medium fries when we ordered large …when I went in they said “we are out of the large fry holders” we should have gotten 1 medium and 1 small to make up a large ( that’s NOT what we got ) When I got home my deluxe chicken sandwich had NOTHING on it. My wife’s cheese burgers should have had extra pickles NOT !! That much money something should be right…

Absolute worst fast food experience. When ordering, was told one price, when paying was told another. Food wasn’t ready at window and was asked to wait in a parking place. 10 minutes pass and was brought wrong order. Another 5 minutes pass and was brought another wrong order. When I objected, was told by employee that this IS what I ordered. I was given no receipt so couldn’t prove anything. It will be a blessing when this store closes due to incompetence.

This McDonald’s was just renovated, but not completely finished. It’s being poorly managed. I had to ask someone to to take my order after waiting to be acknowledged for 5 minutes. The place was dirty. Food on the window sills, tables, and floors. Staff complained about being there. I know no one wants to work anymore. Who does, but if you can’t take the heat, get out of the kitchen, and get yourself a job in refrigeration… There’s always something anybody can do… Make it fun, but get the job done right… It can be done!

My son has been really wanting to try the grimace shake, and this is the only location anywhere around that has it on the menu. We ordered ahead and decided to park and have the order brought out to us. After waiting a little longer than expected, and watching several cars be taken care of in the drive thru we finally received our order. The lady was polite, the food was hot, and mostly correct except for the double bacon quarter pounder, which was just a regular bacon quarter pounder with only a single beef patty. The grimace shake was actually very good though.

Ordered a quarter pounder but received a regular cheeseburger. Also ordered a 6 piece kids meal but they forgot the apple slices. They forgot my medium fries and when I asked for them, they were barely salted…this is not good for door dashers (I’m not going to unwrap someone’s food to check to see if it’s correct, because they should be making correct orders!!!) Even though it is fast food, there is a big price difference. Very disappointed because they NEVER seem to get simple orders right.

Over all it’s McDonald’s. You know what you’re gonna get. My issue as of late is!! The shake machine is always down. They have a specialty item on the menu that is shake specific and you can’t get it because 5 out of 5 shake machines that you visit are out of commission for an unforseen amount of time. Well how am I supposed to get tictok views and subs if I can’t keep up with the latest mindless 30 second trend? My channel is dying because I can’t find a McDonald’s that can make me a Grimace shake! No, but for real, I’d like a Grimace shake before they are gone and I’m not going to McDonald’s every day to check shake machine status.
