I never really have an issue at this location, but this particular visit was different. It was pleasant. I came here around 11am. There were about 4 cars ahead of me, but I was in and out in about 5 minutes. My food was hot. The person on the speaker was bubbly. The person at the first window was friendly as well. At the second window, I received my bag with the top rolled up, which I can only assume was to keep the food warm. And the lady who gave me my food told me to have a nice day. I’ve never experienced that at any location. I’m not sure what happened to have such a change in customer service, but job well done.

It is 2 days before pay day, I dashed for 2 hours just to afford to eat something today. I ordered food and paid for it through the app. I got to this McDonald’s and went inside to get my food. And they informed me they had been closed for an hour and the door should have been locked. I told them I was there to pick up food I had already paid for. They said there was nothing they could do for me, I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do that either. I told them I literally have no money now and I either want my money or my food. They just kept repeating they couldn’t do anything but I could come back in the morning and talk with the GM. I suppose I’ll just starve until then… After I walked out, I got an email from McDonald’s telling me to enjoy my food because the app had marked it as picked up. So I don’t even have any proof that I never got my food. Just absolutely ridiculous! I understand things happen out of your control in the restaurant industry but closing at 9 and then telling people they are just out of luck is ridiculous! I am leaving this review in hopes of it being proof tomorrow when I go try and get my money back because there isn’t any proof this ever even happened! They could have at the very least cared enough to give me some proof that I didn’t get food. I saw workers sitting down eating so clearly they weren’t out of food.

This McDonald’s has the best customer service. Steve was on the drive thru intercom, and I could hear a smile on his face. This location could honestly give Chick-fil-A a run for their money. My fries were fresh and weren’t loaded with salt. My smoothie was also made fresh.

Not sure who manages this establishment , but this is by far the best McDonald’s location in Georgia . 24 hrs being open and my food is always fresh and the crew members are always extra friendly . I salute you guys for still working in an industry that is often times brutal while delivering exceptional customer service . You guys rock !

I was served a half cooked jalapeno cheesy bacon burger. I took it on to speak with the manager. The cashier acted as if she was defending ‘Joe’. Didn’t know her name, I had to get it from someone else. I wanted a refund and to have my food remade. The option was, no talking to the manager, get your food redone and go! Thanks Joe #manager

Went there at night I don’t know but I think it was the manager that had a attitude outburst a few weeks ago after a customer asked if mayo was on his sandwich she told him yes and stared at him, he then walked out and came back in to tell her it was none she hen looked at him crazy and stormed out into her car. Her coworkers were confused with what happened, but it was an uncomfortable situation.

We stopped here traveling from Wisconsin and although they were very busy, the service we received from Stephen (Steven? Not sure about spelling) was absolutely amazing. He made the whole atmosphere friendly and kept everyone smiling. I hope to stop here more just to see him!
