We DoorDash to our hotel. There were no straws or napkins in the bag. 2 out of 3 coffee orders were wrong. They didn’t even put cream and sugar in the bag or cup. No grape jam was in the bag and we ordered it

Ordered curbside and it took about 20-25 minutes to bring it out. About 15 cars passed through the drive thru while I was waiting. When I got the order and got to where I was going to eat, the fries were crunchy and hard and the chicken sandwich was burnt all around and not fresh.

Trash McDonald’s. Slow, rude, unaware, and don’t listen. They also lock their doors several hours before closing and the phone number provided by Google to call this business doesn’t work at all. It’s either disconnected or no longer has any service so if you can’t get in because u made an order on the app to pick up, you’re screwed. Tried telling the lady at the drive through that it was a counter order and not a drive through order but she refused to listen and just kept telling me how drive through orders work.

Once again this McDonald’s has no fountain drinks. Whomever is the manager needs to know how to run a business and order the beverages on time this is not the first time !! But it will be my last time I go there!! Also they don’t fill your large fries box to the top you always get have filled fries.. Needs new mgt asap

At 4:30-5:00pm today at our visit, this store was filthy. There was not a clean table in the entire dining room. We placed an order on the kiosk but the card chip reader did not work. Our order number was 228, but the clerk called out 728 five times before I realized it was our order. Coca-Cola venders were working a machine the entire time at the counter, and I had to ask 3 times for straws & napkins. The food was good but the service was poor and the staff was very ignorant.

Shocked to see bad reviews. 4 visits and I can safely say this is best McDonalds I have visited EVER! Only one I’m not scared to go to. Clean, fast, friendly. Stark contrast to neighboring locations. NOBODY ASKED ME TO PARK WHILE GOING THROUGH DRIVE THRU! I don’t even like McDonalds and usually dread going there but this one I can deal with.

I’ve been all over this great country and encountered many McD’s of varying consistency. This one is definitely the worst of my experiences. Filthy dining area, paired with apathetic employees who quite possibly hate every customer they encounter, serving burnt (black) chicken nuggets and an undercooked cheeseburger. I could tell this location was beyond hope, threw my food away and have never been back.

Theres some seriously challenged fellas working at this mickey d’s. Just Ordered three meals got no fries and incorrect drinks. There arw instructions on the walls back there detailing EXACTLY how to put orders together and they still manage to screw it up. Maybe hire some literate workers? Just a suggestion.

I wish that I could give them zero stars! Yesterday my son and I order breakfast via McDonald’s mobile app. When we arrived at the drive thru window, our breakfast orders were cancelled. There was attitude from the cashier. We reordered breakfast from the cashier window. There was some confusion but we thought everything was straighten out. When we arrived at the pickup window, there was more confusion about my two sandwiches and one order of hash browns. Unfortunately, I didn’t open my Egg Muffin sandwich before leaving. The sandwich was inedible because the English muffin was burnt inside and out. The sandwich should have been thrown away instead of serving to any guest. Again check the ENTIRE order BEFORE leaving the restaurant!
