Customer service is always pretty good. But every time I put a mobile order in, it’s not all there. Today, was missing lettuce from the Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe. No sauces or napkins. At least the fries were fresh! Just remind them of y’all’s sauces!

I don’t know what the malfunction at this location is, but it’s very real. Every time I place a mobile order for pickup it says preparing the order when I get close then gives me a notification by the time I get to the door saying something went wrong and it was cancelled. Then I can drive 5 miles down the road to the next location and it works fine

Drive thru moves really slow. Sat at speaker for 5 min before ordering with zero cars in front of me. A gentleman at second window handing out the food is very rude. Doesn’t say anything. Also has a big afro and is not wearing a hairnet. 99% chance of getting hair in your food. Probably one of the worst McDonald’s been to.

Hands down the worst McRestaurant in town. No one greets you. No one even cares if you get your McOrder. Spent over 25 mins waiting on my order (as was my experience the last time I visited as well)…also had the 3 orders that walked in behind me all filled before mine (I had a burger meal and a nugget meal–nothing exotic). They were out of sweet tea in the front of house and the back of house (isn’t sweet tea just unsweetened tea and sugar?)…and was informed only after I had ordered and after I had to ask for my cups when my order was handed to me without cups. One of the teenagers (apparently running the show) mentioned to the guest who came in after me (who got their order before me) that they were short-handed. There were 8 employees (that I could see)…how many people does it take??? –apparently more when there is no obviously key employee This unit is obviously owned by a franchisee that could care less how his business is run and who is content with making the bare minimum off of the golden arches organic draw. Zero hospitality. Zero convenience. Dining room and bathrooms are a disaster…messy, unattended-to…not only was the sweet tea out, but the lids to the cups were left on the counter in an open plastic sleeve for the guests to grab. The beverage station looked as if it hadn’t been wiped down all day. This is a recommend “McNO GO” from this guy.

Woah, I pulled up to the drive thru at 11:40pm, sat at the order speaker for 15minutes then decided to pull forward to order as the line in front had been cleared…was greeted at the window by a nice young lady, I told her I wasn’t sure if the speaker was down but I had sat there and asked “can I order here” she was nice and took care of me. Pulled up to 2nd window.. it is now 12:06 lol they bring me the burgers that I asked for no onion, and ofcourse there is onion all over them and I am still waiting for my drinks. Think I’ll get my drinks by 12:10?

The interior was clean and everything stocked, they never get my coffee right and considering they have so many wonderful customized options you would think that would be impossible, my biscuit was hot and good although the hash browns were barely warm.

Absolutely incredible team that works the nights, especially want to give credit to the drive through window worker. An elder black woman who is full of life and never lets any stress get to her. I have been helped by her numerous times and she has exceeded expectation everytime. Even while working on her birthday, she kept the mine moving while spirits up. Give this lady a raise fr.
